Hello All!! My name is Christy. I have been in the dog business for over 18 years! I have made this website because of my love for dogs. I groomed dogs for 18 years and also did training as well as did some competitions. I fell in love with the world of dog agility and had the pleasure of training my own dog. I tried and go to all the many dog related activities I could.    My dog Alex, is a special dog. I know everyone says that, but we have formed a special bond. He was my dog in the dog agility competitions, we did therapy work, he was a mascot of a bar,  he was in a movie because of his talent and he has now become my service dog. Not easy for an 11 pound dog, but there is a couple times I really needed him. My love for dogs started at a very young age. I was taught to groom dogs as an apprentice and learned on the job how to groom dogs! My philosophy is... if you love what you do, you never work a day in your life. Don't get me wrong, dog grooming is a hard job and you get your occasional clients that do not like it either, but ultimately it was something I loved to do. Eventually I turned it into a business, I opened my own grooming shop! I groomed dogs and sold dog toys. I love meeting new people and taught my dog to do therapy work. We went to the local hospital, twice a week and entertained everyone on the assisted living floor. My idol and I watch all the time is Cesar Millan, also known as the Dog Whisperer. His ways of training a dog is very gentle and he is the perfect person to watch to help you with your dog problems.
